Order Selector- 2nd Shift

About The Position

Assists in maintaining elevated levels of accuracy and performance to meet store-order needs while using safe work practices. The Order Selector compiles store orders from a tablet or pick ticket, gathers merchandise, places items into totes or boxes, and records data related to picking and packaging. The role also involves maintaining a safe, clean work area and following company procedures and methods. This is a full-time, 2nd-shift position with 40 anticipated weekly hours. Starting pay is $19 an hour; the listed typical pay range is $16.00–$28.84 per hour.

Requirements

Basic awareness of problem-solving and decision-making skills.
0–2 years of work experience.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Compile store orders from a tablet or pick ticket, including item locations, descriptions, and quantities.
Gather merchandise and place it properly into totes or boxes.
Load merchandise totes or boxes weighing up to 30–50 pounds using safe lifting techniques.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety guidelines.
Perform general housekeeping to keep work areas and aisles clear of debris.
Perform routine distribution assignments, addressing some problems as needed.
Match daily tasks with company-defined standard operating procedures and scientific methods.
Enter data for ins and outs to ensure picking and packaging tasks are completed.
