About The Position

This is a non-equipment operator position responsible for analyzing and resolving Kubota dealership parts and whole goods inquiries and ensuring dealer satisfaction through excellent customer service. The role supports warehouse inventory, order processing, shipping, and general warehouse operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar environment and role preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with dealers, department managers, office and warehouse employees, and interdivision colleagues.
• Ability to support smooth departmental operations while remaining tactful and professional with dealers, customers, and peers in stressful situations.
• Ability to synthesize information and make appropriate recommendations.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Walking, standing, and sitting at a computer are physical requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge and experience with SAP, Windows-based programs, and operating systems.
• Experience with, or ability to learn, farm, mechanical, or industrial equipment applications and uses.
• Experience with engines, parts, and their functions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently expedite orders for delivery.
• Route and process parts and whole goods received for inventory, ensuring parts and equipment are stocked in an orderly and concise manner.
• Maintain warehouse inventory to support order and efficiency.
• Audit and verify current inventory to ensure appropriate stock quantities.
• Load carriers with Kubota parts and equipment.
• Ship items using the FedEx computer system.
• Perform general housekeeping to keep the warehouse clean.
• Participate in mid-year and year-end inventory.
• Perform additional duties as required.
