About The Position

The Order Selector works as part of a productive team in a warehouse environment. The role involves picking full-case produce orders onto pallets using a hands-free voice-pick headset system while operating a riding pallet jack. Orders must be assembled with attention to product integrity, quality, and accuracy, then wrapped and staged for customer delivery. The position follows food-safety programs and warehouse procedures and requires meeting a standard pieces-per-hour pace. Training and equipment certification are provided.

The scheduled start time is 5:00 p.m. Holidays, weekends, and overtime are expected. The work takes place in a refrigerated environment ranging from 35 to 56 degrees, and frequently involves lifting 40–60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick full-case produce orders using a voice-pick headset system, maintaining accuracy.
• Organize products on pallets while protecting product integrity, including fragile and organic items.
• Operate a riding pallet jack after completing training and certification.
• Wrap and stage completed orders for customer delivery.
• Follow food-safety, quality, service, safety, and other applicable procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Meet the position's standard pieces-per-hour pace.
