About The Position

CVS Health is hiring an Order Selector to help fulfill store orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role assists in maintaining accuracy and performance while meeting store needs and following safe work practices. The schedule is full time, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday, on the first shift. The starting rate is $19.00 per hour; the listed pay range is $16.00–$26.21 per hour. The Order Selector gathers merchandise according to store orders provided on a tablet or pick ticket, places merchandise into totes or boxes, and records data related to picking and packaging. The position also includes routine housekeeping and maintaining a safe, clear work area. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and basic awareness of problem-solving and decision-making skills. Responsibilities

Compile store orders using a tablet or pick ticket, including item locations, descriptions, and required quantities.
Gather merchandise and place it properly into totes or boxes.
Load totes or boxes containing merchandise weighing up to 30–50 pounds, using safe lifting techniques.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety guidelines.
Perform general housekeeping to keep the work area and aisles clear of debris.
Follow routine assignments and resolve some problems related to distribution work.
Match daily tasks to company-defined standard operating procedures and scientific methods.
Enter data for incoming and outgoing items to ensure picking and packaging tasks are completed.
