About The Position

Assists in maintaining elevated levels of accuracy and performance to meet store order needs while using safe work practices. The role compiles store orders from a tablet or pick ticket, gathers merchandise, places items into totes or boxes, and enters data for picking and packaging tasks. It also involves loading merchandise weighing up to 30–50 pounds and maintaining a safe, clean work area.

Requirements

Basic awareness of problem-solving and decision-making skills.
0–2 years of work experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Compile store orders from a tablet or pick ticket, including item locations, descriptions, and quantities.
Gather merchandise and place it properly into totes or boxes.
Load totes or boxes of merchandise weighing up to 30–50 pounds using safe lifting techniques.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety guidelines.
Perform general housekeeping to keep the work area and aisles clear of debris.
Complete routine distribution assignments, including some problem resolution.
Match daily tasks with company-defined standard operating procedures and scientific methods.
Enter data for inbound and outbound activity to complete picking and packaging tasks.
