Part Time Order Selector - 2nd Shift
About The Position
PWADC is seeking motivated, athletic, competitive, and hardworking candidates for the position of 2nd Shift Order Selector. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven position if you enjoy staying active and being rewarded for their effort. As an Order Selector you work from 3:00pm until all orders have been shipped. The Selector pulls requested cases by hand, safely stacks them on a pallet, and prepares the completed orders for transport to our stores. If you are dependable, competitive, enjoy physical work, and are looking for an opportunity to earn great pay, this may be the position for you.
Requirements
- Extremely fast-paced, physically demanding job
- Heavy lifting up to 90 lbs required
- Ability to work under a production quota system (average of 175-185 cases per hour by end of 90-day probation)
- Demonstrate consistent improvement each week during the 90-day probationary period
- Ability to work in extreme temperature conditions (0 to -20 degrees Fahrenheit in Perishables)
- Dependability and attendance are extremely important (strict attendance policy during 90-day probationary period)
- Ability to work safely, efficiently, and accurately in a high-volume warehouse environment
- Background check and drug screen required at the time of hire
