About The Position

Under the direction of the Manager, Supervisor, or Lead Person, the Order Picker picks and scans finished goods for orders and follows applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs). This role is scheduled Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. The work takes place in a warehouse and may involve exposure to powders, chemicals, and listed food allergens. It can be physically challenging, including bending, twisting, standing for up to eight hours, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The role requires compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and GMP requirements. Employees must successfully clear drug-screening processes to start and maintain employment. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
At least one year of experience in a warehouse environment.
Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
Ability to read and write English.
Ability to work autonomously and use available resources to complete tasks on time.
Must comply with GMP requirements; specific functions and documents will be discussed during GMP and on-the-job training.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to work in a physically challenging environment, including bending, twisting, and standing for up to eight hours.
Must successfully clear drug-screening processes, including testing for illegal substances per Federal Guidelines, to start and maintain employment.

Responsibilities

Ensure the correct products are scanned and picked for orders.
Help restock pick locations when needed.
Maintain housekeeping in the pick area.
Participate in training new order pickers.
Return the tablet and scanner to the charging area at the end of the day.
Follow warehouse safety regulations.
Comply with company policies and procedures and maintain regular work attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
