About The Position

Under the direction of the Manager/Supervisor/Lead Person, the Order Picker picks and scans finished goods for orders and follows applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs). This is a second-shift position working Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. The work takes place in a warehouse and may involve exposure to powders, chemicals, and food allergens. The role requires physical activity, including lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to work autonomously and use available resources to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Must comply with GMP requirements; specific functions and documents will be discussed in GMP and on-the-job training.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a physically challenging environment, including bending, twisting, and standing for up to 8 hours.
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
• Must successfully clear drug screening processes for illegal substances per Federal Guidelines to start and maintain employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct products are scanned and picked for orders.
• Help restock pick locations when needed.
• Maintain housekeeping in the pick area.
• Participate in training new order pickers.
• Return the tablet and scanner to the charge area at the end of the day.
• Ensure warehouse safety regulations are followed.
• Comply with company policies and procedures and maintain regular work attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
