About The Position

Ascend Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Worker/Order Picker in Lebanon, Tennessee. The role involves accurately picking and pulling products for orders, locating inventory, checking items, and preparing orders for shipping or production. Workers may also replenish stock and help keep inventory organized. Training is provided. The position offers weekly pay of $18.00 per hour, with direct deposit or debit card payment options, and overtime is available. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with weekends off. The work environment may be cold.

Requirements

Warehouse Worker/Order Picker experience is preferred.
Must be able to work in a cold environment.
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Ability to read and follow pick tickets, labels, item numbers, and written instructions.
Basic math and counting skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and moving throughout the shift.
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must follow all safety, quality, and attendance standards.

Responsibilities

Pick and pull products accurately according to order sheets, pick tickets, or customer orders.
Locate products using item numbers, bin locations, labels, or inventory systems.
Verify product numbers, quantities, descriptions, and condition before staging orders.
Pack, label, scan, and stage orders for shipping or production as needed.
Move materials using pallet jacks, carts, order pickers, or other warehouse equipment.
Replenish stock locations and help keep inventory organized.
Follow safety, quality, and attendance standards.
