The Order Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the full lifecycle of repair and service orders within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role serves as a key point of contact between customers, production, repair operations, and quality teams to ensure repair orders are accurately entered, actively tracked, prioritized, and completed on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing high volumes of work orders in SAP or similar ERP systems while maintaining excellent communication with both internal teams and customers.
