About The Position

As an Order Management Specialist at K Systems Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing and management of orders. Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in order management or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead client and vendor interactions.
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Great at collaborating with team members and other departments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or strong aptitude in systems monitoring, operations support, or technical analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process customer orders from receipt to completion.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Lead client and vendor meetings to discuss order status, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Provide support to the Order Management team.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
