About The Position

As a member of the customer-facing team, you will provide premier service to assigned accounts through proactive order management from receipt to delivery. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders and teams to ensure best-in-class results and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a CPG or Retail environment.
  • Expertise with a Tier 1 ERP system (specifically SAP) is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume transactional data with accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders within 48 hours of receipt, ensuring accuracy and adherence to key customer dates (e.g., RAD, MABD).
  • Communicate service issues to internal and external stakeholders in a timely and proactive manner.
  • Utilize SAP and third-party systems to navigate and research order execution and data.
  • Partner with Supply Chain to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions to mitigate non-compliance charges.
  • Administer the quote process and maintain regular dialogue with Credit, Sales, and Logistics teams to prevent order-to-cash hurdles.
  • Participate in Retail Engagement initiatives and score-carding to drive service level improvements.
  • Identify and recommend ways to improve the efficiency of the order-to-cash process.
