As a(n) Order Management Specialist you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Working incoming new orders and backlogged orders to qualify our product for insurance billing. The person will work closely with our internal sales team, CSR team, external customers, and patients. Willingness to work rotating Holidays and Weekend coverage Adapt to rapidly changing patient needs for life-saving therapy; thrive on having multiple competing priorities Balance multiple competing priorities from demanding customers in an ever-changing environment Build support and maintain patient, physician, and third-party payer loyalty and to increase the number of orders through enhanced customer service, customer relationship management, and technology utilization Research and interpret whether a patient qualifies for services-based payer requirements and clinical factors. Communicate patients’ financial responsibility when necessary Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures. Serves as a first level escalation resource for non-routine issues brought up by others in the organization. Assists in analyzing customer service reports and handles special requests related to payment deduction.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Three years of combined experience in customer service and Healthcare in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook email.
  • Ability to work independently as well as team environment.
  • Basic ability to prioritize and problem solve complex cases.
