About The Position

Kadant Johnson is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused Order Management Specialist to join our Supply Chain group. The Order Management Specialist is responsible for delivering a positive customer experience from order entry through order fulfillment. This role requires building strong internal and external customer relationships while ensuring customer requirements are handled accurately, promptly, and in a compliant, efficient manner. The position works closely with Sales, Inside Sales, Applications, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Accounting.
