About The Position

The Order Fulfillment Coordinator tracks confirmed orders from release through fulfillment handoff and supports TurfCasa’s on-site fulfillment teams remotely. The role is based in the United States and does not involve physical warehouse, delivery, installation, or facilities work. Applicants must confirm employment eligibility for their work location during hiring. Full-time is the primary opening, though part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome, and paid training is provided.

Starting pay is $19.25–$22.50 per hour in base pay, depending on relevant skills and experience. Full-time employees receive 10 days of accrued paid time off and six paid holidays; part-time paid time off is prorated. Schedules are provided two weeks in advance where practical. The position includes a pay review after 90 days, but a raise is not guaranteed. Employee product discounts are subject to approved product margins. Benefits are administered under applicable company policies and eligibility terms.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and comfort tracking multiple orders.
• Comfort learning remote collaboration tools.
• Ability to communicate with on-site teammates and follow approved processes.

Responsibilities

• Review orders for complete instructions before routing them to on-site fulfillment.
• Track team-reported progress and flag delays or missing information.
• Keep customer service, pickup, and shipping contacts informed of confirmed status changes.
