About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring an Order Filler Picker responsible for safely, securely, and accurately filling customer orders. The role involves replenishing or picking products using pick sheets or a handheld computer and obtaining merchandise from bins or shelves. The position is based onsite and is scheduled for the weekend first shift, Friday through Sunday, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Overtime is mandatory during busy production periods. Pay is $19.05 per hour, with a shift differential of $2.00 per hour.

The role includes receiving and sorting incoming freight and packages for put-away using an RF scan gun, operating a manual pallet jack, picking and packing customer orders, and preparing packages for outbound shipping. The work involves lifting, standing, and walking during most or all of the shift.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience operating a manual pallet jack.
• At least 6 months of computer experience in a warehouse environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 0 to 12 months of warehouse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming freight and packages and use an RF scan gun to receive and sort products for put-away.
• Operate a manual pallet jack.
• Pick and pack customer orders and prepare packages for outbound shipping.
• Efficiently pick customer orders or shipments, ensuring the correct number and type of products are loaded and shipped.
• Accurately count product inventory by location.
• Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment.
• Assist with physical inventories.
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area.
