About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring an Order Filler Picker to safely, securely, and accurately fill customer orders. The role involves receiving incoming freight packages, scanning and sorting them for put-away, picking and packing customer orders with the assistance of a Locus robot, and preparing packages for outbound shipping. The associate replenishes or picks products based on pick sheets or a handheld computer, obtains merchandise from bins or shelves, and transports orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment. This is a second-shift role, Monday through Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. Overtime is mandatory during busy production periods. Pay is $19.05 per hour, with a $1.00-per-hour shift differential.

Requirements

At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
At least 6 months of experience operating a manual pallet jack.
At least 6 months of experience using an RF scanner.
Ability to lift heavy boxes regularly throughout the assigned shift.

Nice To Haves

Experience with a Warehouse Management System such as Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP, or AS400.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
0 to 12 months of experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive incoming freight packages, scan and sort them for put-away.

Ensure the correct number and type of products are loaded and shipped.
Count product inventory accurately by location.
Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment.
Assist with physical inventories.
Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area.
