About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring an Order Filler Picker to safely, securely, and accurately fill customer orders. The role receives incoming freight packages for scanning, sorting, and put-away; picks and packs customer orders using a Locus robot; and prepares packages for outbound shipping. The associate replenishes or picks products using pick sheets or a handheld computer and obtains merchandise from bins or shelves. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., with mandatory overtime during busy production periods. Pay is $19.05 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• At least 6 months of experience operating a manual pallet jack.
• At least 6 months of experience using an RF scanner.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes regularly throughout the assigned shift.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with a Warehouse Management System such as Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP, or AS400.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0 to 12 months of experience in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming freight packages and scan and sort them for put-away.
• Pick and pack customer orders using a Locus robot.
• Prepare packages for outbound shipping.
• Efficiently pick customer orders or shipments, ensuring the correct number and type of products are loaded and shipped.
• Accurately count product inventory by location.
• Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment.
• Assist with physical inventories.
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area.
