About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring an Order Filler Picker to safely, securely, and accurately fill customer orders. The role includes receiving incoming freight packages, scanning and sorting items for put-away, replenishing or picking product based on pick sheets or a handheld computer, and obtaining merchandise from bins or shelves. The associate uses a Locus robot to pick and pack customer orders and prepares packages for outbound shipping. The position is on second shift, Monday through Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. Overtime is mandatory during busy production periods. Pay is $19.05 per hour, with a $1.00-per-hour shift differential.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• At least 6 months of experience operating a manual pallet jack.
• At least 6 months of experience using an RF scanner.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes regularly throughout the assigned shift.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with a Warehouse Management System such as Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP, or AS400.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 0 to 12 months of experience in a warehouse setting (listed as preferred).

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming freight packages and scan and sort them for put-away.
• Pick and pack customer orders using a Locus robot.
• Prepare packages for outbound shipping.
• Replenish or pick product using pick sheets or a handheld computer.
• Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves to fill orders.
• Ensure the correct number and type of products are loaded and shipped.
• Accurately count product inventory by location.
• Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment.
• Assist with physical inventories.
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area.
