About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring an Order Filler Picker to safely, securely, and accurately fill customer orders. The role involves receiving freight packages, scanning and sorting items for put-away, picking and packing customer orders, replenishing or picking products based on pick sheets or handheld computer instructions, and preparing packages for outbound shipping. Associates obtain merchandise from bins or shelves, transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment, and help with physical inventories. The position is onsite and works Monday through Thursday on the second shift, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Overtime is mandatory during busy production periods. Pay is $19.05 per hour, with a $1.00 shift differential.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience operating a manual pallet jack.
• At least 6 months of experience using an RF scanner.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. throughout the assigned shift.
• Experience with a warehouse management system such as Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP, or AS400.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of computer experience in a warehouse environment.
• Zero to 12 months of experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming freight packages and scan and sort them for put-away.
• Pick and pack customer orders and prepare packages for outbound shipping.
• Replenish or pick products according to pick sheets or handheld computer instructions.
• Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves to fill orders.
• Ensure the correct number and type of products are loaded and shipped.
• Count product inventory accurately by location.
• Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment.
• Assist with physical inventories.
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area.
