Requirements

Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Outlook, and Excel

Optimization coordinator to verify that correct processes are followed to ensure that all information related to the production of product is clearly and accurately presented to the production floor.

Responsibilities

Embrace company’s culture of quality, service and continuous improvement.
Analyze and interpret architectural renderings submitted for production.
Prioritize workflow based on production and delivery route schedules.
Use of glass production software and CAD.
Utilize knowledge of production flow and machinery to route glass in factory.
Assist with answering customer calls regarding status of order.
Communicate with Operations Manager customer concerns and work toward immediate solution.
