Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Experience in litigation support or record retrieval is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Review legal requests to confirm accuracy and completeness before submission
  • Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail
  • Research locations and facilities to determine appropriate record custodians
  • Prepare legal request packets using client preferences and internal systems
  • Track order components internally as needed
  • Communicate with clients via email regarding confirmations, questions, or status updates
  • Handle problem requests, research issues, and follow up as necessary
  • Perform quality checks on all documents, entries, and legal paperwork
  • Resend requests and additional documentation as needed
  • Coordinate faxing, mailing, and hand service of legal requests
  • Scan and save documents in internal systems
