Requirements

  • 1+ years working in an ERP systems (Epicor experience preferred)
  • 1+ years working in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • 3+ years of working on a computer

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in an aerospace manufacturing environment
  • Understanding of AS9100 requirements
  • 1+ years of doing order entry and contract (PO/POC) review for aerospace manufacturer

Responsibilities

  • Accurate and timely entry of customer purchase orders (POs) and customer purchase order changes (POCs) into the ERP system.
  • Reviewing customer requirements against contract data and identifying discrepancies prior to order acceptance.
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to detail, consistency, and fulfillment in highly repetitive tasks.
  • Identifying deviations or patterns that may impact order accuracy or downstream operations.
