About The Position

This is a seasonal/temporary position for a Customer Service/Order Entry Associate. The role involves accurately entering customer orders and warranty claims, reviewing orders for completeness and accuracy, and responding to customer inquiries via phone, online chat, and email. The associate will also resolve basic order issues, communicate with internal departments, research historical documentation, and perform administrative tasks to support the customer service team during peak periods. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in order entry, customer service, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook); ERP or order entry system experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable attendance throughout the seasonal assignment

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter customer orders/warranty claims into the order management system
  • Review/Edit orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and delivery requirements
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, online chat, and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve basic order issues, discrepancies, and status questions
  • Communicate with internal departments (sales, shipping, operations) as needed
  • Research historical documentation to assist Customer Service and Sales
  • Filing and maintaining digital documentation
  • Support the customer service team with additional administrative tasks during peak periods
  • Contributing to team effort with a positive attitude
