About The Position

A pivotal role responsible for accurately managing equipment sales orders, maintaining inventory, coordinating deliveries and installations, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. You’ll closely collaborate with sales, warehouse, delivery teams, and external partners to drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks, maintain strong organization under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and ERP or order processing systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong orientation toward customer satisfaction.
  • Have a valid license and reliable mode of transportation.
  • Prolonged periods sitting; lifting up to 50 lbs; frequent reaching, typing, walking, and standing.
  • Comfortable using office and warehouse equipment; reasonable accommodations provided if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Audit and process equipment sales orders, pick-up/move requests via Sales Chain and E-Automate.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in E-Automate; support physical inventory counts.
  • Coordinate delivery and installation scheduling to optimize customer success.
  • Collaborate with internal (sales, warehouse, drivers) and external teams to facilitate out-of-region installs.
  • Monitor stock levels and liaise with purchasing to ensure adequate supply.
  • Generate comprehensive sales order and inventory management reports.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
