About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Oracle WMS Functional Consultant to support warehouse and manufacturing operations through effective configuration and implementation of Oracle WMS solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Manufacturing and Warehouse Management, with a deep understanding of end-to-end work order execution and material flow processes within WMS-enabled environments.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle WMS configuration and transactions
Deep understanding of warehouse processes (picking, task management, execution flows)
Deep understanding of manufacturing integration with WMS
Experience with Oracle Manufacturing (Work Orders)
Experience with Inventory Management
Experience with Shipping Execution
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent documentation and communication abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment
Experience supporting large-scale implementations
Hands-on functional consultant with strong manufacturing + WMS integration experience
Detail-oriented with a focus on operational accuracy
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Able to work onsite and collaborate closely with business teams

Responsibilities

Configure and implement Oracle WMS functionalities to support warehouse operations
Design and set up picking rules and strategies
Design and set up task types and execution flows
Design and set up warehouse configurations aligned to business needs
Ensure seamless integration between WMS and Manufacturing modules
Support end-to-end work order execution processes
Manage and optimize material demand transactions, including reservation, material issue, backflush, and consumption from WMS-enabled warehouses
Ensure accurate and timely material supply to production
Gather and document business requirements
Conduct fit-gap analysis and propose optimized solutions
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
Prepare functional specifications
Prepare process flow diagrams
Develop and execute test scripts
Develop and execute System Integration Testing (SIT)
Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Provide support during go-live and hypercare phases
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across testing cycles
Create end-user training materials and conduct training sessions
Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
Ensure smooth adoption of WMS processes and solutions
