About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Finance & EPM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise across Oracle ERP Finance Cloud and Oracle EPM Cloud. This role requires a balanced mix of functional finance knowledge and technical integration/reporting skills. The ideal candidate will support financial planning, consolidation, reconciliation, and core finance operations while enabling seamless integrations and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

Strong experience in Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS, FCCS, ARCS)
Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Finance Cloud (AP, AR, GL)
Understanding of financial processes: Planning & budgeting, Financial consolidation & close, Reconciliation
Experience with: REST APIs, FBDI, ODI, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Strong reporting skills in: OTBI, BI Publisher
Techno-functional problem-solving ability
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
Ability to work in hybrid/on-site environments
Experience in enterprise-level implementations
Strong blend of finance domain knowledge and technical expertise
Experience working across ERP + EPM ecosystems
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Able to collaborate across business and IT teams

Nice To Haves

Oracle certifications in: ERP Finance Cloud, EPM Cloud
Experience in end-to-end finance transformation projects

Responsibilities

Configure and support Oracle EPM Cloud modules, including: Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service (FCCS), Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS)
Assist in planning, forecasting, consolidation, and financial close processes
Manage data integration, metadata, and application configurations
Work on core financial modules: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL)
Support business processes, configurations, and enhancements
Ensure alignment between ERP Finance and EPM systems
Develop and manage integrations using: REST APIs, FBDI (File-Based Data Import), ODI (Oracle Data Integrator)
Leverage Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for system integrations
Ensure smooth data flow between ERP, EPM, and external systems
Develop and maintain reports using: OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), BI Publisher (BIP)
Support financial reporting, dashboards, and analytics requirements
Participate in: System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Troubleshoot issues and provide production support
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
