The Oracle Cloud EPM Planning Functional Lead is a primary subject matter expert responsible for leading the implementation of Oracle Cloud EPM Planning solutions. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to final deployment, ensuring that the solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

- Experience implementing Oracle EPM Cloud or Budget Planning and Execution

- Demonstrated experience integrating EPM Cloud with an Oracle Financial system (EBS, ERP Cloud)

Responsibilities
- Gather and translates business needs by meeting with stakeholders, documenting current processes, and defining clear functional and technical requirements
- Design Oracle Cloud EPM Planning solutions by outlining models, data flows, integrations, and user experience elements, then builds the system through configuration, scripting, data integration setup, and security design
- Lead testing by creating test plans, managing UAT, resolving defects, and confirming accuracy and performance
- Support deployment by developing cutover plans, training users, assisting with go‑live, documenting procedures, and reviewing the implementation afterward to identify improvements
