What You’ll Do: An experienced Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Techno-Functional Consultant – to join NRI’s Oracle practice. You will be assigned to work on a support project for an existing NRI customer where you will maintain and enhance on-premise EPM applications. Your primary responsibility will involve: Resolution of defects and problems relating to the Oracle EPM platform. Operational support, management of batch processing, end of month support. Design, build and testing of enhancements to the Oracle EPM platform. Management of documentation through the project lifecycle to meet governance and design requirements. Adherence to customer policies and processes. Additional responsibilities include: Management and development of stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to ensure project deliverables are met. Provide leadership for solution design and team members; and effectively manage operational issues to ensure continuous effective service delivery and a performance based, innovative, responsive, and accountable customer focused work culture.
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience as an Oracle EPM Consultant in an enterprise environment
- Must have experience in Oracle EPM Modules as Technical &/or Functional or Techno-Functional Consultant
- Must have Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Budgeting and Forecasting (Hyperion Planning), Hyperion Essbase, Metadata (DRM dimensions, hierarchies), Hyperion Financial Reporting experience
- Should have worked either on On-Premises or Cloud Application
- Should be able to create application, SQL (Teradata / Oracle), Business Rules (Hyperion Financial Management), Essbase MAXL, Calculation Scripts, Unix, Data Stage, FDMEE
- Should be able to deliver demo sessions, trainings, testing & prepare deliverable documents
- Should be able to investigate and resolve functional and reconciliation issues, including root cause analysis
