Key Responsibilities As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.

Requirements

A minimum of 4 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion Essbase
A minimum of 4 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion Data Relationship Management DRM
High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Experience with Application Remediation, IT Troubleshooting, and Engineering Support
Experience with Oracle Hyperion Reporting
Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities
