About The Position
An Oracle EPM Analyst at Accenture Federal Services supports the delivery of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud solutions, with a primary focus on hands-on design, configuration, and build activities. This role involves assisting in the translation of business requirements into functional solution components, configuring EPM Cloud modules, developing forms and reports, supporting integrations, and participating in testing cycles. The analyst works closely with both functional and technical teams to ensure that solutions are built accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with business needs, without the responsibility of senior-level architecting.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion.
- Experience in business process reengineering and working within Oracle Cloud environments.

Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional EPM solution designs.
- Configure Oracle EPM Cloud (e.g., Planning, EPBCS) components including forms, calculations, dashboards, and data mappings.
- Support data integration activities such as data load setup, validations, and troubleshooting.
- Assist in developing and executing test plans, resolving defects, and ensuring solution quality.
- Participate in deployment, user training, and ongoing enhancement efforts.
