About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Program Manager for a 9+ month contract-to-hire role in Collierville, TN. This position requires 100% onsite presence and involves leading multi-pillar, multi-project Oracle Cloud ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP program management, Oracle technologies, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of ERP program and/or project management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-pillar, multi-project programs.
• Demonstrated leadership of multiple Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
• Project management and/or hands on experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Integrations via Oracle Cloud Integration Service, Mulesoft or equivalent.
• Experience with analytics technologies such as Snowflake, Oracle Cloud Analytics or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, JDE).
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Wrike, or Jira.

Nice To Haves

• PMP Certification (PMP, PGMP, PMI-ACP)
• Oracle Cloud Project Management Professional, and/or other Oracle Cloud certifications
• Experience with quarterly Oracle Cloud HCM updates
• Experience in Wholesale, Retail, and/or Distribution Warehousing

Responsibilities

• Manage projects utilizing Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Integrations via Oracle Cloud Integration Service, Mulesoft or equivalent.
• Utilize analytics technologies such as Snowflake, Oracle Cloud Analytics or equivalent.
• Leverage familiarity with Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, JDE).
• Communicate effectively with executives and present project status.
• Manage time, organization, and collaboration effectively.
• Utilize project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Wrike, or Jira.
