About The Position

Capgemini is seeking a senior Oracle Cloud Program Manager to lead large, complex Oracle Cloud SaaS programs across Financials (ERP), SCM, HCM, EPM, and CX. The role owns end-to-end delivery for multi-pillar, multi-country deployments, leads onshore and offshore techno-functional teams, and serves as the client's primary program contact. As the role develops, it expands to executive oversight of a project portfolio at one or more clients, with responsibility for delivery assurance, margin, client satisfaction, and account growth. The Program Manager partners with sales and solution teams to shape new work and acts as a trusted advisor to client executives, including C-level stakeholders. Program Managers oversee engagements and contracts day to day, deliver high-quality results within defined objectives and constraints, use allocated resources effectively, and manage risks, issues, communications, and stakeholders. They plan, organize, secure, monitor, and manage the resources and work needed to meet project goals. They lead a large engagement or a defined segment of a very large and complex engagement, translate clients' business requirements into formal agreements and solutions, and lead work from request for proposal through development and final delivery, culminating in client acceptance. The role leads Oracle Cloud programs from design workshops through go-live and post-implementation support; manages schedule, budget, quality, scope, risks, and change; directs global teams; and leads client governance and escalations. Portfolio responsibilities may include project financials and forecasting, resource planning, client relationship development, account growth, sales pursuits, and coaching consultants and project managers. The position also contributes to Capgemini's Oracle Cloud community through offerings, solutions, accelerators, and knowledge sharing.
