About The Position

i360technologies is seeking an Oracle P2P Federal Implementation Lead to support a major federal agency’s consolidation of core financial management systems into a single, multi-tenant Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solution. As a subcontractor to a large federal systems integrator, i360technologies is supporting a program that will migrate multiple agency components and customer agencies to the new platform, with an emphasis on automation and artificial intelligence to reduce manual work, accelerate reconciliation, and improve data quality. The successful candidate will serve as the lead implementer for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) on a net-new Oracle implementation, owning solution design from the ground up. The role focuses on global design and key design decision analysis for a multi-agency solution. Oracle EBS implementation experience is acceptable; Oracle Fusion Cloud experience is preferred. The position is based on-site at client facilities in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, with occasional travel to other client locations. The workweek is Monday through Friday. The program offers a leading role in a decade-long federal modernization effort, an opportunity to shape P2P design from the start, and the chance to lead AI-enabled delivery while growing in scope and responsibility. The role requires U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency with at least three years of U.S. residency. After hire, the successful candidate must complete a Moderate Risk background investigation and FBI fingerprinting, be eligible to obtain and maintain an HSPD-12 Personal Identity Verification credential, execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement, comply with agency Security Rules of Behavior, and complete required cybersecurity and privacy awareness training. Work must be performed within the United States; remote access from foreign locations is not permitted.
