About The Position

The Strategic Implementation Owner oversees and optimizes large-scale client implementation strategies, aligning deployments with client needs and organizational goals. The role drives process improvements, standardization, and more efficient implementation delivery, serving as a subject matter expert on internal tools, systems, and processes. It also builds collaborative relationships with clients and cross-functional teams, leads training on new methodologies and process changes, and incorporates lessons learned into future deployments. The position focuses on successful EHR implementation and process optimization in complex, cross-functional environments. The role is based in the United States, with DC, Kansas City, Austin, and Nashville highly preferred, and requires up to 25% travel. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, EHR implementation, or process optimization, including significant client-facing experience.
• Deep understanding of implementation strategies and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive impactful change.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and departments.
• Ability to solve complex problems, develop strategic solutions, and execute changes that improve project success.
• Ability to train and mentor teams on strategies and process changes to support adoption and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of EHR implementation experience.
• Six Sigma experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.

• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.

• Comfort with ambiguity and complex, evolving environments.
• PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
• Knowledge of working with the Federal Sector.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on internal tools, systems, and processes to support consistent deployment activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams, and foster collaboration across project management, deployment, and operations.
• Lead training for internal teams on new strategies, methodologies, and process changes.
• Continuously refine implementation methodologies and incorporate lessons learned from projects into future deployments.
