Own the end to end Oracle Fusion HCM architecture and act as the primary design authority. Define and enforce configuration, integration, security, and extensibility standards aligned with enterprise architecture. Design scalable solutions across Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Compensation, and related modules. Partner with HR business users and Product Owners to understand business processes and requirements. Lead requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions. Translate requirements into clear functional documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and configuration designs. Act as a hands on Functional Technical Lead supporting design and build activities. Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for development teams. Provide leadership and oversight to offshore development teams while remaining actively engaged in delivery. Lead sprint planning, estimation, execution, and milestone delivery. Architect and govern integrations between Oracle HCM and internal/external systems. Support functional testing, SIT, UAT, and regression testing. Support quarterly upgrades, cutovers, and production readiness efforts. Proactively manage technical debt and drive platform improvements.
