About The Position
The Oracle HCM Security Consultant is responsible for the design, configuration, administration, and governance of security within Oracle Fusion HCM. This role serves as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM security architecture, ensuring appropriate access controls, compliance with internal policies, and protection of sensitive employee data. The analyst will partner with HR, Compliance, Audit, IT, and business stakeholders to implement secure, scalable, and compliant security solutions across Oracle HCM Cloud.
Requirements
- Subject matter expertise in Oracle HCM security architecture.
- Experience with design, configuration, administration, and governance of security within Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Ability to ensure appropriate access controls, compliance with internal policies, and protection of sensitive employee data.
- Experience partnering with HR, Compliance, Audit, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Skills in implementing secure, scalable, and compliant security solutions across Oracle HCM Cloud.
