About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Project Manager for a long-term contract role. This position is remote within the US and will focus on SOW-based delivery, governance, and stakeholder management within a vendor/customer delivery model. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT and HR transformation, specifically with multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
Requirements
- 15+ years of IT experience.
- Experience in HR transformation.
- Multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Experience with SOW-based delivery.
- Experience with governance.
