About The Position

The Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Analyst will support the ongoing configuration, administration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a primary focus on Learning and Talent modules. This role will partner with HR, Technology, and Oracle support teams to deliver scalable solutions, troubleshoot issues, enhance user experiences, and ensure operational excellence across the HCM platform. The ideal candidate will bring strong Oracle HCM functional and technical knowledge, experience with reporting and configuration tools, and a passion for delivering secure, reliable, and data-driven HR solutions.
