About The Position

ZipStaff is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Integration Lead to lead comprehensive Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and integrations for a global technology services firm. This six-month, 100% remote contract assignment focuses on leading the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Rewards modules, including Data Loader, Payroll Interface, Time and Labor, and Benefits Cloud. The role involves driving quality, testing, and continuous improvement while mentoring junior consultants. The lead will work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions, oversee integration and testing activities, troubleshoot Payroll and Benefits processes, and provide training and documentation. The position also supports client workshops, project communications, presales activities, and compliance throughout project lifecycles. Applicants should have substantial hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Rewards implementation and integration experience; pure research or junior experience will not be considered.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience leading the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Rewards modules.
Proven expertise with Oracle Cloud HCM Data Loader, Payroll Interface, Time and Labor, and Benefits Cloud.
Experience managing integration points across HCM modules and with existing systems.
Experience analyzing and troubleshooting Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll and Benefits processes.
Experience overseeing functional and regression testing for Oracle Cloud HCM configurations and customizations.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into effective solutions.
Experience developing and delivering training and documentation.
Strong focus on quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement within Oracle Cloud HCM.
Ability to mentor junior consultants and provide strategic guidance.
Ability to work 100% remotely.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Rewards modules, aligning delivery with client requirements and best practices.
Manage integration points including Data Loader, Payroll Interface, Time and Labor, and Benefits Cloud.
Analyze and troubleshoot Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll and Benefits processes.
Oversee functional and regression testing to validate system configurations and customizations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation for clients and internal teams.
Drive quality assurance and compliance throughout project lifecycles.
Lead workshops and client meetings, communicating project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Support presales activities with technical expertise and solution demonstrations related to Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Rewards.
Mentor and support junior consultants in technical and functional aspects of Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Rewards.
Stay updated on Oracle Cloud HCM releases and best practices.
