About The Position

The role is part of Deloitte’s Government & Public Services practice and its HR Strategy & Technology offering, which develops HR strategies and implements technologies to transform HR, improve workforce experience, and sustain HR effectiveness and value.

As a Consultant, you will lead the design, coordination, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud technical integrations across enterprise systems. You will define integration strategy, oversee interfaces and data mapping, coordinate middleware, and support end-to-end validation. You will work with HR, security, and technology stakeholders to align solutions with functional, technical, and compliance requirements. You will also lead data conversion planning and execution, manage technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, and support testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization.

Recruiting for this role ends on 12/30/2026. Travel may be required up to 50% on average, depending on the work, clients, and industries or sectors served. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance and be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future. The stated estimated wage range is $93,100 to $131,100, with geographic differentials not included in the estimate. The role may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive, subject to program rules and other factors.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience leading integrations for a full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on work and client or industry needs.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, coordination, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud technical integrations across enterprise systems.
• Define integration strategy and oversee inbound and outbound interfaces, middleware coordination, data mapping, and end-to-end validation.
• Partner with HR, security, and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions align with functional, technical, and compliance requirements.
• Lead data conversion planning and execution, including extraction, cleansing, transformation, load support, reconciliation, and cutover readiness.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, defects, and issue resolution across integrations and conversions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Lead projects or workstreams, provide clear guidance to others, and manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
