About The Position

Deloitte’s Human Capital team helps organizations improve performance through people and transform HR functions with AI and emerging technology. The Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Integration Lead will work as a Consultant in the Government & Public Services (GPS) practice, delivering HR strategy and technology solutions for government, public higher education, and other clients.

The role leads the design, coordination, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud technical integrations across enterprise systems. It defines integration strategy; oversees inbound and outbound interfaces, middleware coordination, data mapping, and end-to-end validation; and works with HR, security, and technology stakeholders to align solutions with functional, technical, and compliance requirements. The position also leads data conversion planning and execution, manages technical risks and issues, and supports testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization.

The role requires at least three years delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions and at least two years leading integrations for a full-life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree, be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance, travel up to 50% on average, and be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. Recruiting for this role ends on December 30, 2026. The stated salary range is $93,100–$131,100, and the employee may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience leading integrations for a full-life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, coordination, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud technical integrations across enterprise systems.
• Define integration strategy and oversee inbound and outbound interfaces, middleware coordination, data mapping, and end-to-end validation.
• Partner with HR, security, and technology stakeholders to align solutions with functional, technical, and compliance requirements.
• Lead data conversion planning and execution, including extraction, cleansing, transformation, load support, reconciliation, and cutover readiness.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, defects, and issue resolution across integrations and conversions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Lead projects or workstreams and provide clear guidance to others.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and maintain quality of work.
