About The Position

Step2 is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Order to Cash Systems Specialist to join its IT team and take ownership of Oracle EBS Order to Cash processes and supporting technologies. The role maintains, optimizes, and enhances systems and business processes across the complete order-to-cash cycle, from initial customer order through final payment collection. The specialist administers Oracle EBS Order Management, Accounts Receivable, and related modules; configures order processing workflows, pricing rules, and credit management; manages customer data and billing configurations; and maintains integrations, upgrades, patches, and system performance. The role also improves business processes, supports and trains users, provides tier 2/3 technical support, resolves system and integration issues, and develops reports and dashboards for order-to-cash metrics. It supports month-, quarter-, and year-end closing processes and analyzes data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Other tasks, projects, and responsibilities may be assigned. The position is hybrid and performs most duties in an office environment. Computer, software applications, telephone, and printer use are essential.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Order Management and Accounts Receivable modules.
Strong understanding of order-to-cash business processes and best practices.
Proficiency in Oracle EBS configuration, customization, and administration.
Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database management.
Knowledge of Oracle reporting tools, including Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, or OTBI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

Oracle EBS certification in Order Management or Accounts Receivable.
Experience with Oracle EBS R12 or Oracle Cloud applications.
Knowledge of EDI, API integrations, and middleware platforms.
Experience with credit management and collections processes.
Familiarity with SOX compliance and financial controls.
Project management experience and knowledge of methodologies such as Agile or PMBOK.
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or a similar industry.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Oracle EBS Order Management, Accounts Receivable, and related modules.
Configure and customize order processing workflows, pricing rules, and credit management.
Manage customer master data, payment terms, and billing configurations.
Implement and maintain integrations between Oracle EBS and external systems.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance optimization.
Analyze and improve order-to-cash business processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to streamline workflows.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and user documentation.
Train end-users on system functionality and best practices.
Lead process improvement initiatives and change management efforts.
Provide tier 2/3 technical support for order processing, invoicing, and collections.
Investigate and resolve system issues, data discrepancies, and integration problems.
Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors and Oracle support on complex technical issues.
Design and maintain reports and dashboards for order-to-cash metrics.
Develop custom reports using Oracle reporting tools and SQL.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
Perform other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.
