About The Position

Premiere Healthcare Staffing is hiring an OR Tech for a 12-week assignment in San Dimas, California, in the Surgery department. This full-time, day-shift role prepares sterile supplies and instruments for assigned procedures, maintains the sterile field during cases, and provides surgeons with sterile supplies and instruments. The advertised pay is $48.00–$60.00 per hour, or an estimated $1,920–$2,400 gross per week. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, or related experience; required for new hires effective April 2014.
Graduate of an OR Tech training program, or on-the-job training with at least one year of experience; surgical-setting experience is preferred.
Experience scrubbing minor and major procedures in generalized surgical specialties such as GYN, general surgery, and plastics.
Experience scrubbing at least minor procedures in specialty surgical areas such as orthopedics, neuro, ENT, or urology.
Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintenance of current certification.
At least one year of OR Tech experience.

Nice To Haves

Three years of experience is preferred.
