About The Position

An exciting opportunity awaits you with Reproductive Partners Medical Group, Inc., a leading fertility practice in Southern California! Our Beverly Hills/Los Angeles location is seeking a full-time Operating Room Manager (RN). This role involves day-to-day clinical operations of the operating room while interfacing with multiple departments including providers, lab operations, clinical and administrative teams. The manager will have direct oversight of the surgery center's clinical operations, including managing and overseeing all operating room staff. Responsibilities include clinical interventions relating to patient concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner, providing general nursing care to patients in pre-op, recovery, and the operating room, and medication administration and treatment. The role also involves coaching and developing operating room staff, creating, implementing, training, and ensuring adherence to workflows and SOPs, and collaborating with the Chief Nursing Officer, Medical Directors, and Providers. A key responsibility will be achieving and maintaining Quad A certification, as well as creating quarterly board meeting agendas and minutes, and managing the Quality Assurance program. The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to work effectively and communicate with all members of the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care, and provide an exceptional patient care experience by actively listening and delivering outstanding service. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a nursing leadership ASC role.
  • Managed 24/7 perioperative operations, including staffing, call coverage, emergency procedures, regulatory compliance, and readiness for Quad A accreditation surveys.
  • Graduate of a certified nursing program
  • Current CA state Registered Nurse license without limitations
  • Experience working in IVF
  • Current BLS
  • Current ACLS

Responsibilities
