Requirements

Optometry license in the state of Minnesota
Highly skilled and capable of confidently handling a diverse range of patients with varying visual needs and age groups.

Responsibilities

Provide full-scope, comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages.
Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision testing.
Diagnose refractive and ocular conditions.
Prescribe glasses, contact lenses, and therapeutic medications as permitted by state law.
Educate patients on eye health, preventive care, and proper lens use.
Maintain detailed electronic health records.
Manage follow-up care.
Make referrals when advanced treatment is required.
Oversee the fitting and dispensing of ophthalmic materials.
Support emergency eye care as needed.
