About The Position

Bupa Optical Norwood is seeking an Optical Dispenser to deliver world-class customer service and support sales and profit outcomes. The role involves interpreting optical prescriptions, fitting and servicing optical appliances such as spectacle frames and lenses, and contributing to sales targets, promotions, and special campaigns. The position is a casual role with work on Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends, and may require travel between nearby stores to support operations.

The successful candidate will advise customers on frame selection, build strong customer relationships, and deliver exceptional service in a target-driven retail environment. Requirements

• Proven customer service and sales experience, ideally in an optical practice or high-performing retail environment.
• Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
• Must be a permanent resident, Australian citizen, or hold full work rights.
• Successful candidates must complete a criminal history check.

• Optical experience is preferred, or a solid retail background.
