This position is responsible for monitoring compliance with Department and MQA Board Orders. This position requires independent thinking, detailed analysis, and use of professional judgment in every aspect of performing below duties and responsibilities. The role involves preparing complex disciplinary cases for medical probation committee and various other professions, reviewing cases for completeness and accuracy, and utilizing specific software (LEIDS, iBuilder (Agenda 2.0), Axiom Pro, and/or Adobe) to facilitate agenda building. The position also requires preparing and submitting public and private book materials, meeting established deadlines for publishing agendas, preparing/mailing letters, and processing emails and mail. Additionally, the role includes participating in meetings, understanding the disciplinary process (rules, statutes, codes, policy), directing telephone inquiries, reviewing Board Orders and entering terms into a database, recording license status changes, communicating with respondents and involved parties, managing case files, referring non-compliant respondents to collections or further investigation, processing compliance cases, preparing documents for board meeting agendas, presenting compliance cases at board meetings, researching and preparing information/reports/presentations, and responding to public records requests. The position also includes performing other required duties.
