About The Position
Brighton Center, Inc. is a private non-profit community-based organization with the mission to create opportunities for individuals and families to reach self-sufficiency through family support services, education, employment, and leadership. Purpose: Provide guidance and support to young adults (18-24+) navigating post-secondary education. Foster connections to schools, employers, and communities, to enhance independent living skills in order to successfully transition into the workforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Must be 21 years of age
- Valid Driver's license with clean driving history
- Must be able to pass background checks
- 2 years case management experience
- Flexible schedule: Occasional evening/weekend hours are required
Nice To Haves
- Work/volunteer experience with young adults (18-24) preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide Case Management to residents
- Assess, coordinate, and provide direct services to participants
- Outreach to schools and community partners for recruitment
- Documentation and Data Entry
- Collaborate with regional service providers to develop/enhance programming options
