About The Position

Plantible Foods is accepting applications on a rolling basis for skilled, hands-on Operators supporting its Downstream Processing (DSP), Upstream Processing (USP), and Maintenance teams. Operators support engineers and operations by keeping the pilot plant, cultivation systems, and facilities running smoothly. The role provides exposure to protein extraction processes in a food manufacturing startup and contributes to daily operations, process improvement, and scaling a sustainable production system. DSP Operators run downstream processing equipment, prepare and sanitize equipment and solutions, manage process plumbing lineups, and support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. USP Operators perform cultivation work, monitor greenhouse conditions and plant health, record data, and help maintain cultivation and greenhouse equipment. Maintenance Operators carry out site-wide preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, equipment installation, and facility upkeep. Operators collaborate with Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, R&D, and other operations teams. They follow documented procedures and applicable GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and food safety requirements. The work may involve hot, humid greenhouse conditions, physical activity, and flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or nights as needed.
